What does the Unrandomizer do and is it usefull?

I used unrandomizer on maplestory but it just froze the game Evil or Very Mad

No, i didn't tick ZF. But in the latest addresses, it says that eax 11111113 or something. Should i put in that in eax first and then tick unrandomizer?
