Do you even know what uxtheme.dll is? If you did (which I am assuming you don't) you would know that it is actually a Windows system file that disallows you to use a theme not signed by Microsoft. Once you patch it (which is all you need to do) you would never have it unpatched unless you ran the patcher again to unpatch it.

Uxtheme.dll patcher replaces the uxtheme.dll in system32 and allows custom themes.
I do system recovery a few times when I fuck my computer up.

You should ALWAYS have it patched.
