I was addicted to cigs for almost 2 years (prime time cherries, specifically). I actually don't regret it because even though just those two years of smoking have caused me to hack up some sick phlegm every morning, that's probably from smoking weed too and by smoking cigs, I am no longer curious about them and probably wont ever smoke them again except once in a long time.

I have been smoking weed for 5 years though, and most certainly to NOT regret it. Bad things have come from smoking weed, but bad things have also come from having a car or even a job. The way it makes you feel is not something anyone should live without.

I completely understand people who don't smoke weed calling it unnecesarry. But those are the people who haven't even tried it once (and by "trying it", I mean actually getting high, because often noobs don't know how to smoke, or sometimes they end up smoking WAY WAY too much and then not liking the high because it's too overwhelming).

Anyone who tries weed once and has a proper dose in a good setting will realize that weed is NOT unnecessary.

Think of all the times you have gotten angry at friends or acted a certain way just because you are stressed out and don't realize it.

Better yet, think of the times when you go to a business and are treated poorly, much like the person working does not like their job.

All of these problems are relieved by simply getting high... it will instantly make you realize that being mean is not getting you anyway, and being nice is not so hard to do.

It also allows you to fully realize yourself and your consciousness, most people who haven't touched drugs will have no idea what that means because they are living life in a sober trance, almost unaware of their self-consciousness much like an animal being unaware of itself.
