Already returned people.
I got the official ipod ones w/ a mic and volume control on them.
Now I can call people using VOIP over wifi & use loads more iphone apps.

Is epic.

Also, the store is mindfucking me. As I returned them they said "tell your brother that those are really good headphones. If he wants them return these and you can get a pair". They're bullshit artists. Instantly these ones sound much, much better. Starting to believe I might've got a genuinely faulty pair. Either way, thread can be closed.
