AntiVirus is the way to go.

Are you sure you have a Trojan? Because usually the point of a trojan is to not let you know, so that you will go about your activities as normal and not know that you are part of a botnet. If you don't have an AV that told you, how do you know you have one?

on-topic: You should get a decent anti virus program and run a scan when the scan finds the trojan it will ask you what to do with it just follow the steps discribed in your antivirus program.

But yea.

If you dont want to pay for antivirus, go with aVast Home Edition, it's free, and IMO best on the market. If you're ready to pay, then use KasperSky.

Get Spybot Search&Destroy and CCleaner too, and run a scan then clean with them. Then you should be ready to go again.

If you get AVG, it will stop you from getting the Trojan in the first place.

Prevention is the best cure.
