Windows 7 RC is not reading my 2GB Sandisk SD card for the wii. I have loaded it several times before when I had Windows Vista, but now it refuses to work. I have no idea why though. I am using a SONY VAIO VGN-N220E (laptop, not desktop).
I insert my SD card into the SD card slot, and when I go to My Computer, it does not read my SD card. Think you can help me with this?

Is your autorun turned on?
Not sure if this also apply to a SD cards, but it apply to a USB port causing it not to autorun the program.

Autorun always works for me on my portable USB hard drive. So yeah, it works. I don't think the computer is recognizing the SD card though. Do I have to download some sort of driver?

umm, I'm not really sure about SD cards.
Did you download the Window 7 drivers yet?

Where can I find those?
I've checked here but found nothing regarding SD cards.

Here, this is what I found

If that doesn't work, go to your manufactuer's site for the laptop, find the Vista (if not, then XP) drivers (in that order), and install those. If they don't even install, install them again in Vista/XP compatibility mode. |

Thanks, I tried that before, but just noticed that I didn't download the 2nd file. Works now.
@Encrypted: Thanks for your help as well.
New Problem:
I try to input a file in there, but it says that the file is write-protected. Before I upgraded to Windows 7 RC, I could easily add/remove files on there. How would I remove the write-protection?
