It is going to be bad. MGS4 barely fit on the 30GB blu-ray disc. How the fuck are they going to make a good game with 7GBs? They aren't, they are just going to do what all the other 360 games have done, make a super short campaign. Also, Kojima isn't even leading it. Konami was on their back about making a 360 game, because RE5 was selling more than MGS4. Kojima just had a couple guys make it to settle Konami. It is a money-making scheme, everyone knows it. Also, you're all hypocrites. All of you.

Tactical Espionage Action > Lightning bolt action

You could see Kojima trying to hide his laughter while he was announcing. Konami was pushing Kojima to make a multiplat because of how well RE5 was doing. Kojima half-assed an excuse for a game to make money and appease Konami.
