OK, so here is the deal. I came back from a friend's yesterday and I noticed my arm felt like it was pinching every time I stretched it or flexed it. I went through the day, I even played basketball and I barely noticed it.. It wasn't until last night that it became the most noticeable. It didn't go away overnight, which concerned me the most.. It has happened for 2 whole days now, and has only gotten worse. I don't know if I pulled it, or if a nerve is pinched. It is right below the top of my shoulder, and has prevented me from doing most things (reaching for cabinets, opening doors, etc. etc.) I iced it for 15 minutes before I slept and didn't help.. I took Tylenol before church but that didn't help so much. Does anybody know anything that will ease the pain until I can get to the clinic?

TL;DR: I pulled\pinched a nerve\muscle in my shoulder, what helps it?

Talk to a black doctor.
He`ll prescribe you to eat lots of watermelon and fried chicken. Then make you drink lots and lots of kool aid.

Just rest it and take care of it normally, there is no real special way to take care of a pinched nerve.

It will likely fix itself within a few days or weeks.

This happened to me, but in my neck. It really hurt and I tried lots of things.
The most effective of these is just taking pain-killers till the pain leaves (took 4 days for my neck)

If pills didn't help i think your not taking enough! Seriouisly, i take a lot of advil and i feel great all the time.
