You don't feel tired because your body is adapting to it however it is bad for you.

don't talk out of your ass. how is it bad for me ? some people just don't need as much sleep

Maybe sleeping pills and an alarm clock.
If you want to go to sleep earlier, take sleeping pills.
If you want to wake up earlier/later or you are afraid the sleeping pills will make you go into a coma, use an alarm clock.
