I dl'ed CoD4 (Since im grounded from my PS3) and I spent a whole shit load of time dling it, but then in the end. My video card did no support it.

Everything passed with 100% except my CPU, which is garbage. It failed.

Shouldn't be a problem however, only failed by a bar.
