Ok I do not know how I have beta Vista SP2 in my computer, atleast i think I do have it
but when i try to install the official version it says that it is already installed but my update history shows no sign of it
I tried to remove it in control panel but it is not there

That is because Vista does not label SP2 as "Windows Vista Service Pack 2 beta".
It's label as Windows 6.0 blah blah blah along with a KB code like KB926083.
The best way is to do a search on your drive for the original file and see what that name is.

Launch run and type in winver and press enter.
You will need to find the original beta sp2 install file and see what is its KB number then you will be able find it in the uninstall list.
Vista SP2 64bit's final KB number is KB948465

Where did you downloaded to?
Anyway just check online and it looks like the SP2 beta's KB number is the same as the final version.
Go to uninstall program in control panel and on the left hand side click on view install updates.
Find "Service Pack for Microsoft Windows (KB948465)" and uninstall.

| If you just installed the OS (2 weeks ago) and it came with it then you will not be able to uninstall as its' slipstream (probably with vlite). You will need to redo your OS and this time with a Vista disc that does not have beta SP2.
