Does anyone know how to do that besides the use of proxy servers and sites? For example, I live in the US, but I want websites to see my IP address as one that came from UK.

Any help would be appreciated.

What about changing the IP while using a proxy site? For example, when I access a US proxy site, I want people to see that the proxy came from UK. Basically a proxy within a proxy.

What about IP spoofing? Is there any programs for that?

Just use a proxy based in the UK (so it has an UK ip)

You can't spoof your IP for TCP connections (HTTP traffic for example).
If you spoofed your IP you would never get the answer back from the server.

An IP isn't something you send of to a server so he knows where you are, it is actually used to get data to you, so you can't just fake it (and expect everything to still work).

You see, very few proxy servers are originated from my area. My school's ISP blocked sites by scanning the page's elements and by blocking anything with certain keywords in its URL. I can't really set up a remote server either from my home because, well, I don't have one currently (boiled the CPU from OC).

I know I may be asking for the impossible here, but still... please?

If you are asking if you can make it look like you are internetting from a computer residing in the UK using a method "besides the use of proxy servers" then no.
You must use a proxy (or just a computer who forwards your data/requests) that has an UK IP adress.

You can find one on a proxy list like this one: http://www.proxy-list.org/en/index.php?pp=80&pt=any&pc=United+Kingdom&ps=any&submit=Filter+Proxy
