| If your ISP does anything like slow down pages, block sites, cap downlimit, ect ect Its classed as fraud -not getting what you paid for- and by law you can sue them.

most likely blocked already due disclosure of techniques for bypassing filters well thats why CEF got blocked at my skool

The loop-hole is, does everyone read the fine print?
I strongly am on the side that no-one should regulate anything. All data through the internet that is meant for people to access should be allowed to be accessed. Let it be google, biological war-fare techniques, forums or porngraphy.

If you give them an inch they take a mile.
I think they should be able to arrest and take down child pornography, but i do not believe they should be able to put up means to block it.
