Why are people posting attachments getting baned?

Like if you post something that can't be posted and turn it into a CT form you get baned why?

To prevent file uploading that contain 'illegal' content
And trying to bypass that using the .ct or gif/jpg/png is a ban yes, even if you didn't post anything wrong, the act of bypassing is already reason enough
