What?
A render is part of an image removed from the rest of it.
(Eg, person cut from background.)
And you can find renders in lots of places, one of the major ones is

I think you can remove it as long as you don't post it somewhere else claiming it as yours.
Also, in the same site Trucido posted, they've got a list of renders websites (and some other graphic stuff i guess?).

Using the selection lasso tool just cut it out. Just don't claim that you rendered the image yourself.
