|
|
I am using Dell, and After I downloaded Real Player, I started getting
"Runtime Error! Program C\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information".
After 10 minutes of watching something. Like if I'm watching something on myspace or some video it gets that error and when I press okay it closes. I do not have any toolbars and cannot find the solution and I really dont want to uninstall real player. So is there any way to solve this??

| I don't know why it terminates but you could try Ctrl + Alt + Delete and New task, explorer.exe to get it back.

I know you said you didn't want to uninstall Real Player, but just uninstall it and then re-install it.
Or, if you still get that message, uninstall it and get Media Player Classic instead.

Try using Firefox or Chrome or Opera or some other browser that doesn't suck.

He's talking about the process explorer.exe, not iexplorer.exe.
Just thought you missed the "i." |
Look at the screenshot. It says
c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORER.EXE
not
c:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
EDIT: No, fuck, I'm confused now. The screenshot said iexplorer.exe crashed however the first post said explorer.exe crashed. My guess would be is that it's iexplorer.exe that's crashing explorer.exe.

oh sorry, the picture is what it actually says, the error I posted on front page is copy and paste from google.
I uninstalled it, but I don't even get an error now it just closes the IE without error.
