its a Sapphire Radeon HD 4830 and cheaper than the one your getting (90$ after rebate)
also can you link me the AMD Athlon X2 7850 Black Edition

It should run fine in crysis and other games, but most likely not so smooth in GTA 4 since it is very GPU and CPU demanding.
The only thing I would change is the PSU, well just my opinion but I usually trust most PSUs that come with cases.
