Up it a little, stress the gpu for a bit, if temps are ok and everything visually is ok, go up a bit more.

If you see "snow" or "artifacts" of any kind such of warped polygons, back it down a sizable chunk.

Don't go fast like an idiot if you value your hardware. Getting it perfect takes hours and hours, if you don't have the patience, don't even bother.

Ok, first of all you want to set your GPU fan to max.
Do this by going on the fan settings tab and under preformance 3D, change it to 100% then click apply. You may hear the difference or you may not.
Then, basically change the memory/core/shader bit by bit and go in-game.
When you see artifacts (little boxes or dots all over your screen) this means your OC settings are unstable so go lower your settings. The main tip is, to just raising the settings until you get to a point where it's unstable, then leave it at there.
You can also use ATI Tool to test your GPU OC settings to see if they're stable.

Good Luck.

No, under the main tab you should see blue text saying "Driver Settings"
Now under it, it should say ForceWare detected or something, now beside that is Customize... Click the little arrow beside customize and pick the first button. (It should look like a graphics card) You should be able to know what to do from there.

Well it appears your graphics are integrated to your motherboard, therefore you can't overclock it.
