Hi, I just made a tag and I think it got pritty good.
Its ment to be only one color (black), its a logo so I can tag images (so they wont get ripped).
What you guys think, CRC?
I might fix it more later but for now on its like that.

As a logo it sucks since it would lose almost all of it's definition at a lower size. Also are those all brushes or are they your own work?
What did you create this in? Don't say Photoshop. Typography needs work, for example there is a noticeable ledge on the right stalk of the "m" when it adjoins to the "p".

Photoshop, just because you started with illu doesn't mean photoshop sucks.
I used:
- Text tool, editing settings
- Floral/vector brushes
- Skater stock
- Hand stocks
- Pen tool (for the arrows, custom text & )
- Layer mask (for easy recover mistakes)
And the basic tools and masks, etc..
On the M, yeah I didn't notice that thanks  |

Fixed, didn't work on a white background so I didn't see it.
Acually it doesn't suck, atleast not what people commented on other sites.
Ofc, its easier to do it and alot faster but as I said, just because you just started with Illu doesn't mean everything else suck. |

You don't get it. I'm saying it sucks as a logo because if you size it down you lose all of the detail. That's just the truth. You were flaunting it as a logo and I'm pointing out it doesn;t have the qualities needed to be a good one. It's not all about looks.
I didn't start with illustrator, I started with Photoshop. I never said everything else sucks, I said that Photoshop sucks for typography and logo design. Which it does.

No, not really. C4Ds at least need to be arranged well, smudged, set to a good blending option etc/. and the rest is just a no. Downloaded brushes stamped onto a canvas. Not his work. |
