I went to run Disk defrag and it said i needed to run Chkdsk /f. and i cant find it iv tryed... any help?

Do it in CMD, restart computer.

Vista: Start> Search cmd.exe > Right click > Run as Administrator> type Chkdsk /f > wait till finish > restart Pc
XP: Start> Run> cmd.exe > type Chkdsk /f > wait till finish > restart Pc

Yes Vista and XP are both Windows...
