Okay, on my previous thread, I wondering if I should buy it or not, but now since I made my decision on buying one, now I needa know if I should wait for the 3rd gen or get the 2nd gen right now?
Do you think there will be issue with the 3rd gen as in the 1st week of release? Like hardware issue, etc..? |

I have a first gen, can you tell me what the difference between second and third is?
(I haven't heard anything about 3rd gen.)

Second has different design + speaker + volume controls.
All I know about the 3rd is it will have the 3.0 software update, which is available for other iPod models anyway, enabling bluetooth and some other features.
I'm sure there's more on the 3rd Gen, I just haven't heard much about it. |

theres no real information about it, probably cos they havent started working on it
the iphone v2 (not 3g) is being released because with the memory and camera and stuff theres a lot they can improve, ipod touch, not so much

Snootae, are you sure this isn't the iPod Touch 3g or is it just a 3.0 update?
