So im trying to connect my mp4 to my computer and i plug it in to my computer then a bubble pops up saying ''usb device not recognized'' i press it and i see 2 unused ports what do i do? Help THX! <3 Will Rep+

im running a windows xp sp 2 proffesional intel (r) pentium (r) 4 cpu 2.80 GHz 2.79 GHz 256 mb of ram if thats what your asking for but my problem is i cant put anything into my mp4 cause windows dosent recognize the usb port

| In your MP4 there must be a option on what to do when you plug it into the computer. It might be set on regular if there are more options then change it. Or if there isn't chose another USB slot, or do what Saf said.

Ok, on your MP4 Player there may be an option for USB mode...
If not you may need a program like Itunes to synchronize everything to your MP4 Player.
What MP4 Player do you have?
