How and where do I get cool Windows XP themes?

I tried googling it, but when I downloaded it, I didn't know what the hell to do, so a mini tutorial would be nice.

.wba is for WindowBlinds. You could use it to get different themes, but it's not free.

You can use windows blinds, the new version doesn't modify system files so it's good.

Then there are patched uxtheme.dll skins, some are actually really good, but you have to replace your uxtheme.dll with a patched one.

Then there are some that you don't need to replace anything / install anything, but they're not as nice.

An example of that is royale, royale noir (actually quite good) and embedded.

Try looking those up.
