| Has anyone here ever used it i'm curious if it works as good as it's put out to be i go to the gym 4 day's a week and have high school weight room.

I herd creatine causes heart failure if mixed certain drugs. I would ask your doctor before starting a creatine supplement.

Phosphocreatine is the phosphorylated version of the creatine molecule.
Phosphocreatine (PCr), just like adenosine triphosphate (ATP), can be used to release phosphates (PO4 3-).
The dissociation of phosphates from the parent molecules is exothermic, and releases energy that the mitochondria in your cells need in order for your cell to respire and/or play sports etc.
Creatine presumably obtains phosphates directly from your body, while PCr has phosphates already, and thus packed with energy and ready for use.
Note that PCr and ATP are both short-term energy sources for sarcomere. ATP lasts 10 seconds while PCr+ATP extends the duration to 30 seconds. This does not contribute to daily workouts and cardiovascular exercises.
