he told me exactly what to write cause he added me on windows live ok so someone please help him

A user under the name Mudkiepz cant acess his account. He cant reset his password via email, as it says its not linked to his account. The Email address linked to the account is [email protected]

Account "Mudkiepz" does not exist on CEF.

Got it. One of my friends wanted to mess with me, so he took the z out of my name on name change, i guess, he probably saw me type my pass in. Request Lock.
