Any way to run fans while computer is off?

no, the computer looks the same as when it's shutdown.

why would you even want to do that? the only way i'd think you could do it would be to connect power directly to the fans, because the computer isn't going to send any while it's off.

Direct power to the fans is all I can think of as well, take the PSU lines out of everything in the motherboard and rest of the computer and plug in the fans with Molex (or other) connectors and it'll power them.

You cant just by the computer, because it is controlled somewhat by the BIOS.

Not all case fans are connected to the motherboard, though. The NZXT LEXA Blackline I've got just has the 4-pin power connectors and speed is controlled externally.
