Sefer Ha Maro't does exist, it's a part from jewish mistic book called
Sefer Ha Zohar .
Im not a religios but and i don't believe in this shit, but I had a chance and I checked

Im not religios but I live in Israel and yea I fill like a jew, there is nothing bad in that.
