Yep. The light in the eyes don't math though. Also on the left of the eyes, there should be a little white.

try focusing on face....
it looks like a crossbreed between Mew and a human.
shorten neck, make face less circular.
then work on eyes that match. also, make colors darker.

also, are you a guy?

twas not supposed to be just an anime drawing but rather a drawing for a maple character =0
