I have highspeed bell south dsl but it seems shity as hell dl is like 60 kb/sec average why the hell is it so slow? Is it me or the provider or is it suppose to be that fast. God

What is your connection speed? Like I have a 1.5MBPS, which I get a max download around 200KB/S.

Same here, my internet should be downloading 200kb/s+ according to accurate speed tests, yet it goes barely 120kb/s, my IP is also different than what it is supposed to be, and I have like 3 DNS servers. I tried using OpenDNS a long time ago to speed it up and I cannot seem to get rid of the extra DNS I got from it, and this different IP I have. SpeedTest tells me I have xxxxxxx IP but when I check it says my IP is yyyyyyyyy.

well my modem westell the ethernet light keeps blinking when ever i buffer movies or dl something. God so stupid and my internet speed is so slow although its considered high speed dsl
