Well, I don't have lots of acne, but I obviously don't enjoy it. I stopped using my acne cream and lotion because it was leaving residues of white stuff all over my face and making my face itchy and sensitive. Does anyone have any suggestions for acne treatment? I don't like proactive, because it doesn't help me, in fact it makes it worst. I was thinking about that one acne treatment, I forget what it's called. It doesn't have a commercial name like Proactive, skinID, etc. It sounded more like a chemical substance or something.

try those lotions sleep more, be less stressful, avoid touching face, wash face regularly with soap dont over use it or your face will get dry...

maybe this works to prevent acne i dunno if it does i fail

If it gets really bad , I know there's some pills against it, which can be obtained through your doctor ..

Anyhow, just live with it? Everyone's got it at some point .. It's natural .. It's gonna pass by soon anyhow n_n

But if you really want something that works, theres a shop called "Matas" (don't know if it's world wide, but it gets around here in Scandinavia) .. They have a serie called "Stribes" or alike .. They got something against acnes, and it's 3 differet bottles.. 1 one to open up the tiny tiny holes in your skin, then a second bottle to clean those tiny tiny holes, and it also ensures that the holes closes up again (clean) , and the last bottle is some cream thingy, which is good for your skin, and reduces the chance of this "mini-infection" again (:

I use the clearasil or someshit. The pads you wipe on your face&junk.
Usually works. Tastes terrible, tho...

Try Apricot Scrub by St. Ives. I've heard it works well for many people (I used it for a short while as well), and many people who don't like products like ProActive use this.
