Is tehre any way to get free internet on the Samsung Behold?

My mom doesn't want to pay for the data plan.

Doesn't have Wi-Fi.
So pretty much the only way to access the internet on that phone is to sign up to a data plan.

Your phone doesn't have Wi-Fi, only choice is pay for a DataPlan. If you live in Australia I recommend you use TPG...

Simply you can't get free internet because you don't have wifi on the phone.
