I've had an effing virus for the past 2 months.
My internet goes retarded every couple of mins. IE will open up and starts mass creating different adds in windows/tabs
Opera will randomly freeze up for minutes.
IE will randomly close on me or give me errors.
I always do a virus scan and it ALWAYS comes back.
There are times where i delete like 70+ infect crap from the virus and it just keeps coming back.
Can someone give me a good list of GOOD AVs?
I already have nod32 but obviously it isnt doing anything.

| I had something similar. I did the F10 system restore at startup. Surprisingly, I still had all my files and programs, but serials on programs that require them were lost, forcing me to reinstall. Dunno if you'd like to try it or not, but it solved my virus.

I had the same problem, but malwarebytes took care of it.
Look it up on cnet.

Oh, let me add on something to that.
Like i've been saying in the last few threads...
If you take care of your computer, with updates, security fixes, and a reasonably good AV, you shouldn't have any worries on the net.
