When I go to "My Computer," and right click on properties on drive c, it says I have used up about 70 gb of space and 4gb space is available. When I open into the hard drive icon it shows all of the folders inside, and when I total up all of the disk space it takes up by doing the same with what I did with drive c, it says I've only used 14 gb of space..

if you haven't formatted for a while, or cleared your system restore points, then you've probably got a whole bunch of restore points wasting room.
