What are some ways of getting money through the computer?

I already have Google Ads on my website, and have uploaded about thirty Flash games to Kongregate.

Any other ideas?

Well, I heard you can sell MapleStory accounts for $1000 for a level 170 account.

Any professional site would stay away from flash sites. You can't index a flash site through Google very well. Everything is embedded into the flash program and isn't searchable by a search engine (at least not yet anyways).
