Okay ive noticed that my laptop battery has been dischraging for a while and i let it die on its own but when it hits 0% it is still working for a while
soooo anyone know whats going on?
should i take it out and let it sit for a while??

Li-Ion batteries do not have that fast of a discharge rate, so you will be sitting there for a while (months?) for it to discharge.

Also, they probably built in for it to have 5 or 10 percent more battery life than it lets on. This gives you 10 minutes or so to go plug it in... or save your documents.

My battery says that it is fully charged take it out then 10 min later it dies..........I need a new battery.
