Can't delete a file because its name is too long...

Its too long to re-name and its an mpeg file. I tried deleting it permanently but then it said the file is "full, right protected or in use". Its not running either.

Could anyone help me out?

Have you tried restarting your computer and trying to delete it after?

Yes, I've tried restarting my computer multiple times.

I'm not sure what to google for. The description/tag would be difficult to put in two to four words.

Thanks, I'll test out the UnlockerAssistant. Could you explain to me what it does to remove the restriction?

Run "TaskManager" and stop that process a file is managed by.
(It seems to be a sort of media-player device or appz.)
After that part is accomplished, do whatever you like with that file.
