The best way to quit smoking is to never start smoking.

The second best way is to just avoid it, once you started addiciton is permanent, so you never really quit unless you never start it.

I'm like the only person at school that has never smoked before.
(Or any other form of drugs or nicotine.)

I rarely get third hand smoke.
I know it sound ridiculous but Google it.
Its when smoke attached itself to a shirt or something of another person and
you small it.
