Hello, I am recruiting 3-4 developers that are somewhat good in coding the stuff for a RuneScape server, and also a web dev. that is good at designing sites.
This server will be owned and operated by me. The server itself though will be managed by the best dev. that we get, or will get. I will deal with all the financial things. The people that get hired will be payed with the donations we receive.
Which means, you will need to make the server the best it can be and come up with some ingenious plan to get people to start donating or maybe even pay for something in-game. I don't care how you get the people to donate. I will only be distributing your pay check(s) to you, hosting the server, and also operating it. The rest of the things left you guys get to do. I already have a team of GFX artists if you need to have any GFX for any reason you may think up. The GFX artists I have are very experienced and can do pretty much any GFX you want them to do.
Please note that I will use the donations to keep the server up and not lagging also. I will be hosting the server on a very good comp. once I get the money to pay for it. Also, I need to warn you that you will not be getting payed until I have all the first-time payments made. The first-time payments include... The domain name, the comp. I am going to host the server on, and the VBulletin forum license I am going to buy for the forum.
Everything as far as hosting is covered. I will have the first-time payments payed soon as you get donations coming in for the server. The sooner I get the first-time payments made the sooner you are payed.
I am also going to have another server for maple, I will use donations from that server and this server to buy the comp. to host them on. The comp. I am buying can withhold the demand of the 2 servers that are going to be hosted on it. I will be using donations to buy a good internet connection also, so if the server lags it is because of the source. Or at least that is what I have gathered.

Hmmm i love private servers i made one once was up for a year and it went down due to no donations anymore but goodluck with it post the website and stuff so i can check it out sumtime and iam a great admin/mod

I need source code developing done. In other words, I need you to be a coder, and a dev. for anything else that needs to be done in the code.
I am only accepting people that are really good at coding RuneScape servers that are 508.
