It's about a couple, the wife has a "biological clock" and the husband didn't wanted to move so fast with the "clock" and such... They buy a puppy which is a very disobedient dog, but they get REALLY REALLY attached to him after time... There's more, but I don't want to ruin it(: Very beautiful movie.
