What do you mean by crash? It doesnt respond or it reboots or what?

BSOD? A shutdown? How does it crash? - we can't help you, if you don't describe it.

You have SP2 but when you're updating to SP3 it crashes?

Does it.. completely shut off? Does it shut off and restart? Do you get BSOD? Do you hear beeps when it shuts off? How frequent is it? Have you scanned your computer? You need to be more descriptive.
