Cheetah, you're not necessarily stealing if you torrent. Just most people torrent CDs, movies, software, etc...which would be stealing. Doing that kind of torrenting is still stealing. The thing (whether it be a CD, movie, or software) costs money, and you're getting it without paying money. And since getting something that costs money for free is stealing, going into a store and deciding not to buy a product isn't stealing.

I went to a Mr. Sub, and while my friend pretended to order lots of shit, I chugged 10oz. of Nestea straight from the thing that shoots it out for refills.
So that qualifies me for stealing rite?

No- You have to take an empty little cup, say you need some water then fill it up. That is true stealing.

It would be stealing if you would have bought the product if there wasn't a torrent - the company lost money because of it. If you wouldn't have bought the product anyways - the torrent was just accessible - it can't really be considered stealing as the company never would of gotten your money in the first place.
Though, every single industry that relies on copyrights is fighting this of course.
