Does anyone know a simple bandwidth limiter? My nephews constantly stream movies so I want to limit their bandwidth to like 300KB/S so they can watch their movie without hogging the bandwidth which is making me lag in CSS and other things.

Indeed, the only answer in that thread was to install a background program that would limit download speed.

I've tried looking for it I think I posted in that thread, but I want a really simple one that'll just input the speed I'd like to limit to. I've tried NetLimiter Pro.. confusing.

I have used this before and I therefore recommend it to you.
Or, you could look into your router settings and see if it has bandwidth limiting options.
