The more expensive one is a newer model

896-P3-1265
compared to
896-P3-1255

So, as looking at the actual newer card, the cooling may be better.
They're both core 216 896mb, so i'd go with the one with the free game and $15 off

A while ago, the older model (896-P3-1265-AR) was $180. That was just yesterday I believe.

Anyways, the older 65nm model (once again, 896-P3-1265-AR) has a slightly better cooling solution (one more heatpipe). It also includes some stuff NVIDIA removed from the reference 55nm GTX 260 Core 216, most notably the VT1103 voltage regulator (so you can't do any software-sided voltage hacks with the newer 896-P3-1255-AR model, only the older 896-P3-1265-AR). You could hit much higher speeds with the older 65nm model (896-P3-1265-AR), if you intend to overclock it.

Even the newer GT200 processor based on the 55nm manufacturing fabrication, the temperatures are still about the same and there is little, if not any improvement in performance. Power draw still remains very close to each other, not anything worth noting.

And I like the 65nm Core 216's (896-P3-1265-AR) cooler more, the graphic is way better. Just IMO though. I absolutely hate the look of the new coolers featured in the new line of GT200 chips.

Second one has better reviews.
