Darn, I'm not getting much exercise...-_-
I've got a huge pillow beside me though. :3 |
ALOT of studying works, dont drink coffee after 5:00 PM
go buy a huge teddy bear o-o |
I only drink coffee in the morning. I have nothing to study because here in my school, it's already summer vacation.

I am asthmatic and I am allergic to most vegetables. And crab. They make my lips/ears/gums itchy.

Click here
also note, over comfort may make you hotter, etc, causing sleep to be harder
let the blankets be thin enough to keep you cool at summer
let the blankets be just thick enough to keep you warm (still a bit cool) at winter
coldness helps with sleeping, but dont catch the flu
//edit:
dont watch tv or whatever else on your bed, sleep an occasional food on the bed is okay (once a fortnight), or it'll give you a bad habit of making your brain think you're going to stay awake
sleep slightly earlier, for me, varying on my sleeping times help sometimes (it varies alot for me tbh, 30~1hr 30mins)
also, have a habit of doing something before you sleep, ie; pray, read your favourite book, etc

Thanks for the link.
I read Archie Comics every night, lol, it improves my English. Our TV in our bedroom is broken, I don't take midnight snacks or any late-night snacks, I usually sleep from 10:00-ish until 6:00-ish.

When I can't sleep I tend to watch a movie I have watched before.
