When I go to my memory view, I tick the something, and it turns green (like it suppose to) but when I close MV, the green line disappears.

Thats normal(well, by design). That way you will not get into conflicts when using the "find ot what xxxx's this address" (it also uses breakpoints, so it's best to get rid of the userdefined ones first)
