NYS has exit exams called "Regents."
By god, some are extremely curved (IE: Earth Science. You only need to answer about 42 out of the 8x questions to pass), while some have no curve at all (IE: Chemistry is a straight percentage).

Aren't all exams that are a high school graduation requirement easy? All the ones I've taken so far are.
