Extremely annoying port forward problem

Recently decided to migrate my home host from linux to windows.

My linux box worked beautifully, good performance, and best of all worked.

I've switched over to windows xp (I'm too cheap for server 03) as a XAMPP host and with exact same settings,(Except with substituted IP's) cannot get even one port to forward.

My router is the DLink DI-624+.

Any help is appreciated.

Could your internal IP have changed for some reason going from one OS to the other? Sure the problem's purely port forwarding?

Ahh, fixed it.

I was experimenting with firewall methods and wrote a program that listened on every port up to 1337 (Which is the range on which I tried) that ran on startup as a service.

It's all fixed now.
