Cut it short.
Hair follicles produce oil that eventually drench your hair (Common thing.)
And they could block pores causing pimples.

I dont support dyeing. It has chemicals in it that you cant even pronounce
and the FDA is shit, so it doesn't even check it. (Just like Blue 40 or Red 8
can cause cancer.) Also, it damages hair.

I don't like it to be honest. The back of your head looks kinda mushroom-ey now o_o. You should've just cut your bangs/trim a bit off of the back.
