How do I delete system 32?

You can't delete the system32 directory because it's vital for your system to be running. You're going to have to turn off the computer and do it when nobody is logged it. I recommend the USB flash drive or CD-ROM of a small, live Linux distro to access your Windows partition files. Be sure to shut down correctly from Windows, look up how to boot from CD if it doesn't automatically do so.

EDIT: Better yet, if you have an older computer use DOS.

But doesn't system 32 slow your cpu down, that's what my classmates said on msn.
