How would you put that onto your case? leave it on the bottom?
I was looking around for one and spotted them.
Would it work if i use it the old fashion way and hook it up to the top of the case.

I should. I was confused why they even do that.

Planning to use my old Pentium 4 computer for some school work, and download stuff and use my other computer to game and surf.

Those PSU's have the fan on the bottom.
